How do I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund by emailing us at info@TeamHOTSHOT.com. Be sure to include the order number and the reason for the refund request in your email.

Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a member of Team HOTSHOT. Our customer representatives may ask you to return the item(s) in order to receive a refund or replacement. We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (i.e., damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.

We will issue a refund within 30 days of your request and your return of the product to us (if applicable). A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges paid by you are not refundable unless the refund is the result of our error. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
