"I just wanted to reach out to first say thank you. While we haven't been able to do the mountain bike race at Downieville since before COVID, that instance was the only time I have ever raced it cramp free. I slammed a HotShot before a climb late in the race and avoided cramping. That may not seem like anything significant, but I have raced the race no less than 15 years, and that was the only time I have not cramped.
On the flip-side, I didn't bring my HotShot to the Belgian Waffle ride (San Diego version in 2021) and I cramped terribly. I have just ordered a box of 24 so that I can carry a few during the Lost and Found race 100 mile gravel race in Susanville on June 4th. I know it will help!"
